Air conditioner very noisy . The fee on the last day was different from the price booked on booking, so I was charged a lot more

“Great staff and view but the beds are too hard and the rooms need to be cleaned better.”
The staff were extremely helpful and professional. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Whenever service such as towel change was requested, it was very expedient. The view from the room was very nice, DJs corner had good coffee, and the gift shop provided everything you would need during a trip.

“Hotel location is the only come on to this hotel at this time. I wish I was given more information”
Location was good to all other needs I had on island during my stay. Conceirge and front desk men had good customer service.
