Our hostess Helen was absolutely fantastic. She is proud of her accommodation and caring towards her guests. We enjoyed her hospitality. The accommodation is amazing and you cannot get a better view waking up.

Clean and well looked after. Next to the beach but only walkways as it is very rocky.

Very comfortable room.. In a quiet attractive area of Gansbaii, right on the seafront with lovely view - an ideal location if you are there in the whale-watching season. Helen is a charming hostess who went out of her way to make us feel at home and rang two restaurants to make bookings for us. The included breakfast for us was perfect (with beautifully presented fruit salad) but if you wanted ‘the full English’ then maybe you would have to ask in advance.

Helen our host was so friendly and super helpful. View of the beach was amazing and room had everything we needed for a short stay. Fabulous breakfast made by Helen, she really went the extra mile to ensure we were well looked after. Private accommodation had all amenities and was immaculately presented.

The views to the bay were amazing, we got to see a very beautiful sunset from the terrace. Also, Helen was an amazing host, she answered every question we had and offered help when needed. We almost felt like at home.

Helen received us so warmly and helped with advice. We felt very welcome, the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The view was amazing, you look right onto the ocean. Breakfast was very good. Helen even went the extra mile to make us feel super comfortable, she helped us make a reservation in a restaurant and even took us to the tourist information. We would chose Wave Dancer again any time!

“Perfect stay in Gansbaai”

Helen is definitely the best host ever. She made us feel at home, with her kindness and her attention for every details. The room was nice and tidy, the bathroom perfectly clean and Helen cuddled us with a serie of lovely attentions. We had all the lower level for us and we felt as we were at home. The house is amazing, very clean and it is in one of the best neighbourhood in Gansbaai; the view of the ocean is superbe and if you're lucky enough you can see whales too from the window. The breakfast was lovely and we really enjoy it.

The Wave Dancer was amazing, Helen was most hospitable and her attention to detail was impecable. The room was spacious and the view overlooking the ocean was mesmerising. Breakfast was lovely
