Everything was perfect. We went on a cloudy day but we did not.miss out on the beauty of Pure Sea Boutique Lodge. Our hosts, Pichy and Bjorn and such hands on, excellent hosts. We're definitely coming back soon.

The location is perfect, the rooms decor is stunning, food is delicious, even the products in the rooms are exceptional. The hosts Pitchy and Bjorn are a delight and very welcoming. The staff, Brandon and the other gentlemen including the housekeeper are all super friendly and give the best service. We will be visiting again most definitely.

What a charm of a place! An extraordinary location made even more perfect by meticulous design and attention to detail. Two heartfelt owners and their team focussed on you having the best time. White sand, shell & boulder beach is a dream….and that’s without mention of the zebras!

Magnificent setting in a fynbos estate with private access to the beach. Modern spacious luxurious lodge with great attention to detail. Only 4 suites so its very intimate with excellent hosts and staff. Excellent breakfast and food on request. There are beautiful walks along the beach and in the estate there is a huge variety of wild flowers durting spring and we passed zebras which was an unexpected delight .

From the moment we booked. Pichy & Bjorn were absolutely amazing - so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. They both went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect even before we checked in, which really set the tone for our stay. Breakfast was lovely, with a great variety of options to choose from - definitely something for everyone! A special shout to Nico, who was also incredible and made us feel so well looked after. There isn’t a single thing I can fault about this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we genuinely can’t wait to stay again. Highly recommend!

“An Exceptional Stay at Pure Sea Boutique Lodge”
We loved every moment of our stay at Pure Sea Boutique Lodge — everything was just right, and the true luxury lay in all the thoughtful, handpicked details. From the little Belgian chocolates on our pillows to the binoculars for whale watching and the carefully selected minibar with fair prices, every touch showed such genuine care and attention. The rooms were absolutely beautiful — elegantly minimal yet wonderfully cozy, creating the perfect space to relax and unwind. A special highlight was the delicious tapas platter with bubbly on our terrace on the first evening — an unforgettable start to our stay. Breakfast was another delight, especially the outstanding banana bread French toast, which was truly one of a kind. The location is absolutely dreamy, with direct access to a private beach, and the staff went above and beyond in every possible way — incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay special. And if you have the chance to join the private chef’s dinner — do it. It’s an experience not to be missed. Pure Sea Lodge is a place where every moment feels effortlessly perfect. Highly recommended!

“Luxurious, homely, spectacular, Scrumptious Heaven”
We celebrated our 30th Anniversary and Bjorn & Pichy went above & beyond to make our stay feel exclusive and very memorable. The breakfasts were mouth-wateringly delicious, the chefs special evening meal was so scrumptious! The massages were out of this world! We marvelled at some of the European touches to the property and surrounds.

The place is gorgeous, you can see the sunrise from the bed if you leave the curtain open. We also booked and hot tub (extra money) and watched the sunset from there. It was magical with the zebras and springboks on the property.

“A hidden paradise that all should experience for special occasions”
Every single thing! The attention to detail, the design, the hospitality, the views, the amenities, literally everything was exceptional. To top it off there were zebras in the estate too! But in all honesty, it was the nicest hotel / lodge I have ever stayed at. Pichy and Bjorn have honestly thought of it all and it honestly goes to show. The food, the experiences and their communication was 11/10. I would recommend Pure Sea Boutique Lodge to all. I really do hope that I will be back !
