Overview
This sea front guest house is located on the cliffs of De Kelders, overlooking Walker Bay. Each of the rooms and suites at Cliff Lodge has either a sea view balcony or patio. All rooms have an en suite bathroom with a bath or a shower, and free WiFi access is available throughout the property. A breakfast buffet is served on the sea-facing deck, and a full cooked breakfast menu is also available. A number of restaurants can be found within walking distance of the property, as well as in Gansbaai, within 10 minutes’ drive of the property. Guests can swim in the outdoor pool overlooking the ocean, or relax on the sun terrace. Other attractions include a secluded beach within a 20-minute walk of the property, and guests may also experience whale watching during season. The nearby village of Gansbaai is renowned for shark cage diving. Free parking is available on site.

This is a small piece of paradise! It's an amazing view, it's in complete harmony with the environment. The staff is absolutely amazing. “Memorable stay”
We stayed in the Ocean Suite and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Gideon and Gill are excellent hosts, and their attentive staff made our stay truly memorable. Whale watching right from the lodge was simply unforgettable!

Got well taken care of by all staff and owner. Location is fantastic. Well filled minibar with fine wines, beers, ciders, snacks etc. Tasteful 5 star lodge. Made dinner and transport arrangements.

“A little gem on the southern ocean.”
The location on the cliff tops gives an outstanding view of the ocean where the Indian meets the Atlantic. We were there in February, one can only wonder at the spectacle when the whales are around in October/November. They have an honesty bar which works well and there are several decent restaurants nearby. The staff are second to none.
