Nice and clean place, not far from the city center. Beer just outside the hostel and tasty kebab only few meters from there. And very kind staff.

Customer service is top notch and they are available all the time to your inquiries and I used WhatsApp to communicate most of the time as it's far easier than meeting by person. They helped us to find some shops, told us about some nice locations and whenever we asked something they promptly responded. . The room was big and easy to manage our large luggage without worrying.

location was good just in front of the bus station, and around 30 minutes walking to the most historical attractions if you wanted to take a walk in the beautiful Ganja. Room is very clean and quite with A/C, and what makes the hotel remarkable is the stuff they are very kind and cooperative they offered helping in many ways and matters without any delay, they were the greatest.

The otel rooms newly built and large. Personal are very hospitality and friendly.

The rooms was clean, and the toilet and shower was cleaned regularly.

Hostess was always happy, smiling and friendly. She was always happy to help, for example with catching the bus to our next destination. Everything is new and rooms are big. Close to supermarkets and some small döner shops. To the centre it is a 40 minute walk or a cheap taxi (probably even a bus).

Toilet and bathroom wasn't clean.

The room was clean, had AC and a kettle. We were allowed to use the washing machine with no extra charge. There was a small kitchen but we didn't make much use of it.

Bed was comfortable and the room had air conditioning. Staff were helpful and supported me with onward travel to Georgia.

I spent two nights at Rahat Hostel and had an amazing time. Special thanks to Mr. Şahin and his staff. I highly recommend it to anyone coming to Ganja!

This place is fantastic, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The staff are amazing, I was treated with so much respect and hospitality it was overwhelming. The price is well worth it, if your in Ganja stay here because this is the best place to stay.
