Very nice new modern hotel with nice facilities in centrum of city. Nice staff at reception, special thank you to Ms Afsana and Mr Kamran, they help us to solve some issuer with our car. Very nice and friendly people. Very nice meals in restaurant.

“A Perfect Occasional Stay - Truly Exceptional Staff and Atmosphere”
This was our second stay at the Premium Hotel Ganja, and once again it exceeded all expectations. We first stayed here 9 months ago, and because of the wonderful memories we had, we chose to return for our next visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. We had booked a deluxe room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a beautiful suite with a balcony - such a lovely gesture for our special occasion. The suite was spotless, newly decorated, and very comfortable, with a fantastic view of the city and surrounding mountains. Breakfast and the restaurant were excellent - rich variety, delicious food, and very reasonable prices. On Saturday evening there was even live music, which made the evening feel magical. A very special thanks to Bahadir, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He personally assisted us with everything - from handling our room change to helping with check out and even arranging a cancellation for our extra night without any charge. His professionalism and friendliness made a lasting impression. Also, we would like to thank Kenan for his attentive service at the restaurant. He surprised us with a beautiful teapot of herbal tea and sweets - such thoughtful attention to detail that made us feel truly cared for. The entire team went above and beyond to make our special occasion stay unforgettable. Thank you all for your warmth, kindness and professionalism. We will always remember our stay at Premium Hotel Ganja and look forward for returning again soon.

“Great place for a couple’s getaway”
Myself and my girlfriend had an amazing stay at Premium hotel. They catered to everything that we needed, and even put a rose in the room on my request. The Qaymaq at breakfast was awesome and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ll be staying there next time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Also super convenient for Ganja train station and exploring the city. Huge thanks to Narmin, Joshgun and the wider team for the excellent hospitality.

The overall atmosphere. The hotel is luxurious and clean. Great staff, especially Orkhan at reception, who was very helpful and friendly, yet incredibly professional, and Shahlar too. In the restaurant, Miri was also very professional.
