Perfekt stay, big, clean and very nice room, the best: very helpful and kind staff, I felt very welcome and supported. Very good restaurant and breakfast, good spa. The hotel is in the shopping center, and just 5 minutes from main square. Everything was fine! Thanks

Friendly and helpful staff, great location as a part of a mall with restaurants and shops. Great parking facilities just outside the hotel. Spacious, fresh and clean rooms.

The whole hotel is great, the room is comfortable and spacious. The big downside was the lack of hot water during my whole stay, which they only said sorry about but didn't really bother anyone. The bed is great, and the rooms are quiet, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. The breakfast is good, and so is their restaurant. Overall it's a very good hotel.

Hotel is located inside a Mall… Great breakfast, and amazing restaurant.. Staff really polite and helpful, despite not all of them speak English, they are really cooperative to make your stay smooth. The gym is not located in the hotel but in the mall, and the entrance is included, and this is amazing. Big room and clean bathroom, cleaning service is excellent

Rooms were clean and big. Restaurant was nice with various dishes. Everyone is professional and helpful.

“Loved our stay in this great hotel, well located in the city”

After a stuttering start we had a fabulous stay here. We were allowed to check in early when we had expected just to leave our bags and go exploring. The location is excellent, just a shirt stroll away from almost everything you would want to see, and Bolt taxis will cheaply get you to the rest. Really good breakfast, albeit a little repetitive (we did stay 4 nights), in the restaurant without having to go out into the shopping centre as others have reported. Staff always did their best to help with limited English, but that's part of the fun of travel, isn't it?!

Everything was excellent. The facilities, the room, the decor, the cleanliness. It was perfect! The service by Banu Ahmedova was beyond exceptional. She spoke good English and was very attentive to our needs.
