“Fabulous location and amenities, some staff need alittle work”
Excellent cleaning and amenity staff but reception need some training. I found them too hard to deal with, and the lack of understanding English (even when using translator) in a 4 star hotel is pretty poor. I’m well traveled and other staff there could understand me without problems. Amazing location between sea and Lagoon Amazing amenities, including rooftop pool, sauna with accompanying bathhouse, well-stocked, airy fitness center, even with yoga area and a generous buffet breakfast. The room has modern amenities, deck and aircon are great and all that you would need is there (even convenience stores and cafes)

A large, upscale hotel. The breakfast is varied. The sauna is comfortable. There's plenty of water in the room. Good soundproofing. Good water pressure. We had a wonderful time at this hotel, and the Korean people are very friendly, hardworking, and honest. Thank you! ❤️

Disrespectfulness I have to make it clear that I'm not the kind of person who enjoys writing reviews. Most of the time is just a waste of time for me, but this time I have to say I don't really appreciate the attitude of the receptionist when I was checking out. He called me 당신 and I know it's not a very appropriate word to use in this context. I mean, we're not real friends, we're not familiar with each other enough to be called 당신 . Also, it really irritated me because the receptionist, he assumed that I didn't know a word of Korean. However, out of some strange reason I can still understand some disrespectful for words in Korean so, I mean this kind of rudeness and impoliteness is just so disgusting. It really degraded the service and all the experience of your hotel, so I have to say. Do not use any disrespectful words, even to someone you assume that can't understand Korea, that's low, that's cheap, that's, out of your mind.
