“We had a comfortable stay once we had remade our beds every day”
The cleaning staff left our room wide open all day and did not make the bed properly or replace used items . Supposed to be delux accommodation and we clearly have different views . Having said that the reception staff and manager were wonderful but badly let down by cleaning staff .

Beautiful hotel overlooking the harbour. Rooms were very comfortable and clean and the staff very friendly. Great location to restaurants and shops, just a short walk!

Booking.com did not give us nice rooms, hotel staff fixed that for us which was great and saved our vacation! The restaurant is very nice, welcoming staff there too!

“For the price we expected more luxury.”
The view is spectacular. The balcony spacious. Most staff were friendly and accommodating. We were allowed to stay a couple of hours past checkout which was very appreciated. Bedding and towels were high quality. Ice water, lemonade and lemon water were available 24/7

“Lovely and convenient stay”
The staff are very pleasant and friendly, the hotel is clean and lovely . Lovely view from the room that faced the harbour which they upgraded us to. Absolutely no complaints and the hotel is in a great location for access to Ganges.
