The staff was extremely hospitable. I have been here several times but the new staff recruited are trained, well behaved and very receiving compared to the older management. Location is very near to Gandhinagar station which is a plus point for people who travel through train. Overall liked it :D

I have booked two rooms for three persons but in their records it was showing I have booked two rooms for two persons in such scenario I have been paid for one extra bed for third person. In my view this should not happen.

We appreciated the hotel had recently opened and hence experienced teething problems but the staff were extremely helpful which made the hotel stay very satisfying 😌

“Courteous staff”
The stay at Prime Empyrean was comfortable and pleasant. The staff are courteous and provide good assistance on request. The complementary breakfast has good amount choices with daily rotations of north and south Indian varieties.

“Super hospitality”
