“Perfect stay in the perfect location to experience rural Sri Lanka”
The perfect place to rest for a couple of nights. We could have sat on the terrace all day. Very unique colonial with a refreshing pool but what made this stay was the staff. All went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Visit Gampola to experience rural Sri Lanka. We happened upon a village school nearby the hotel on a short stroll that was an amazing experience.

“Lovely peaceful situation, gracious hosts and wonderful views from the terrace.”
A lovely older property up in the hills away from town. Very peaceful, bird song, green gardens and wonderful views from the terrace where they laid a table for breakfast. Our hosts were very attentive and helpful and cooked lovely meals. Swimming pool was very welcome as pretty hot.

“Absolutely worth the moneymostky because of location and spectacular staff led by Mr White”
Absolutely perfect staff lead by Mr White, great chef Raji and mr Raja. Hospitality and effort given for service of our family was just splendid. Kindness and professionalism of Mr White who will provide help anytime you ask. Buildings are quite old but in perfect location - away from noise with spectacular view you will have during the breakfast on terrace. Even local dog "Blacky" is sweet and makes you feel safe.

Lovely and quiet, nice little pool to ourselves. They even cooked us breakfast and dinners and made us drinks lovely views of mountains tea plantations and Ambuluwawa Tower..

“Wonderful and pleasant”
One of the most beautiful locations in Srilanka. The terrace view is mind blowing. Hospitality was also fantastic. Mr. White is a wonderful host. He was kind and helpful. Took care of us very well. Highly recommend this place.

Great spot immersed in the nature with mountain view to the Ambuluwawa tower. Spacious clean room and bathroom, as well as common area. Very kind host, cooking homemade meals for dinner. Highly reccommended for a calm stay within nature.

Best hosts ever! Very friendly. Everything was possible. Nice breakfast and even a dinner was possible. Very nice view to Ambuluawa
