“I loved it and hope to visit again”
There is a really nice spa complex at The Residence with wonderful Tunisian massage professionals. I loved the internal pool with warm sea water. Nice teas and herbal drinks are provided. All staff is super friendly and helpful across all divisions of the hotel. Very generous helpings if fruits are brought every day in the room. It is very clean in the rooms too.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay in January 26 We were very pleasantly surprised on our arriva with an upgrade to a suite which was absolutely amazing with a sea view. ALL the staff from doormen, reception, waiters and room service were very polite, friendly and very helpful. The whole hotel was immaculate. The gardens and pool area also very well kept. Indoor pool and spa facilities also very nice. Top it all of with a lovely walk through the gardens to a lovely private beach. The only negative thing was we had heavy thunderstorms for a couple of days so couldn't use beach. Would highly recommend The Residence. Thank you 🙂l

“Delightful and classy charm”
It is a beautiful, classy and very charming hotel. Large comfortable rooms, delightful common areas full of flowers, all with a subtle smell of fleur d'oranger, which makes it even more special. The pool and beach areas are excellent, and staff are truly caring and attentive. Our family loved the stay!

“Great Hospitality”
We had a lovely family stay at this hotel. The staff were outstanding : welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist. There is a real sense of teamwork, which makes the atmosphere very pleasant. It’s difficult to name everyone, but I would like to thank the whole team for their kindness, especially Olfa, Samir, Khaled, Wissem, as well as the reception staff and the housekeeping team. Cleanliness was also very good and met our expectations.
