What I liked most about the property was the incredible hotel room and its breathtaking sea view. Waking up each morning to panoramic ocean vistas directly from the bed was unforgettable, and the private balcony provided the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the water. The room itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with modern amenities and a luxurious bed. I also loved hearing the gentle sound of the waves at night, which made the entire stay feel like a peaceful, relaxing escape

The staff was soo nice helpful smiling Room clean with the best view ever . Perfect location close to la marsa , sidi boussaid. 20 min to the capital of tunis .

The place is in terms of views of the sea and the tranquility, and the rooms open directly to the beach The facilities are very nice, the reception is great, the security, and the security of the place is maintained from all sides. The cameras and guards guard the place the most. I liked the feeling of reassurance.

The bathroom was completely not cleaned up at all! DISGUSTING! The sink was dirty, seems that the previous guest dirtiness was still there. Unforgivable!! There was also a bad smell from the sea, the water colour was debatable whether the hotel's sewage did not flow directly onto the beach.

If you take a room with sea view you will have a really beautiful view. The staff are kind and try to help with whatever they can.

THIS HOTEL IS SCAM, we arrived the night the room was horrible, very dirty، we found dirty baby nappies in the room, the room was full of flies and mosquitos my son got an infection first night from the dirty mosquitos in the room, the bed pillows and sheets full of hair and very dirty, the balcony door broken can't close and I was told it is ok do not worry. The stuff useless they just keep repeating saying the manager is not here, the manager never picks the phone, everyday there are people complaining in the reception, I had to seek medical help for my son and I canceled my stay the second day and of course they are not responding to my refund query. Also there is no restaurant, their restaurant they hire it every night for very loud parties so impossible to sleep the night.AVPID AVOID AVOID

Horrible experience, the place was extremely and shockingly dirty. We stayed only two hrs after checking and had to leave. Informed the front desk with all the issues, the receptionist didn’t help, she only advised me to write a message on booking.com to the hotel. Until now no reply received.
