“We managed to show a lot of important sites to the children, on the sea and inland.”
A lovely property with a nice big kitchen and space in all the rooms including the bathroom. There was a lot of space for the children with a playroom full of toys and a lot of sit on garden toys, including a rechargeable toy garden tractor, in a bit garden with a friendly dog and cat. there was also a large sheltered area for the children in case it rained. We came in the winter to look at properties, but in the summer there is a swimming pool. My little 4 year old learned to drive on the tractor. For cooking there a full stocked large herb garden, it was so pleasant going to get a fresh herb when cooking. We will hope to find it possible to book and stay again on our next trip to Toscana.

The house was clean and well equipped. The garden was very nice. Volterra, Firenze and other important towns were close. The hosts were very friendly and Tosca and other chickens lay tasty eggs. Grazie mille!

The property is located in a good location if you like peace and quiet, yet close enough to attractive locations such as San Gimignano and Voltere. The owners are friendly and approachable. Everything is full of interesting details. Excellent equipment of the apartment.

Everything is amazing at La Fabbrichina. Fabbrizio and Elda are great hosts, location is in the middle of the Firenze/Pisa/Siean triangle, so all cities worth seeing are relatively close. There is an abundance of toys and games for kids available. The place is clean and fully equipped. If you think of something you need or could use, it is probably already there. Eggs with hen names on them, Limoncello and a bottle of Chianti were waiting for us when we arrived and our daughters received presents when we left. They think La Fabbrichina is the best thing about Tuscany :)

It's an amazing place, close to the highlights of Tuscany - Pisa, Siena and San Gimignano are all just a short drive away. The place itself is clean, well-equipped, with wonderful, kind hosts. There is plenty of parking for the car, a swimming pool, lots of games (board games, darts, even a mini-bowling). The hosts provided us with fresh eggs, a bottle of local wine, Limoncello, and some water upon arrival, and even invited us to join their family and friends for dinner the first night! It's such a perfect place, we will be definitely back when we visit Tuscany again!
