“Tuscan dream residence ♥️”

The perfect place to stay in Tuscany! Firenze, San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Pisa, Lucca is just a short drive from here while we could spend our time in a picturesque environment. The apartment is even more wonderful than in the photos. Spotless, spacious rooms with lovely light coming in the mornings, traditional decoration and an original Tuscan kitchen! It is so relaxing to sit on the verandah with a book or have a dip in the pool. We were truly amazed by our accommodation and hostesses. We can't be more grateful for Patricia and Franco for their kindness and hospitality. Thank you Franco for the private chapel visit, the wine tasting, all the goodies we were lucky enough to buy from the cellar. It was an unforgettable week and we were heartbroken for leaving. Hopefully one day we will be fortunate to return back and spend more time at your fairytale residence. Grazie, grazie mille.

Stunning location in Tuscany. Very quiet and tranquil but also very close to the beautiful towns like Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra and Certaldo Alto. Pool was fabulous as was the apartment. Comfy beds and lovely kitchen. Beautiful views from the balcony as we booked the apartment on first floor.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming place! The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, reflecting the authentic Tuscan style. The kitchen is well equipped and the terrace is calm and charming. The location is amazing everything is close by car. The pool is really clean and pretty (especially at night with the led lights). Highly recommended. Hope I can return next summer!

It was a very warm welcoming from the hosts. The apartment is small but amazingly comfortable. The view from the pool is fantastic.

The location is in a great location in the central part of northern Tuscany. It is a separate part of a picturesque village. The accommodation had a beautiful view of the Tuscan vineyards. Our apartment had all the necessary amenities from a functional kitchen to access to the pool. The accommodation is suitable for short or longer stays (no problem spending several weeks here). The owners are very friendly and hospitable. They even invited us to a tasting of their wine products. Despite the fact that English is not their strong communication language, we were always able to get along without too much trouble - we even did an hour-long tasting and there was still plenty to talk about. We can definitely recommend it for the great location from which it was possible to venture out into the wide surrounding area to see the natural and historical beauty of Tuscany.

Location was ideal for travelling around Tuscany. Off the main road and in its own little village of Catignano. 2 bathrooms. Immersive experience of rustic Tuscan living without lacking modern amenities. Lovely pool area with extensive views over the valley.

We can’t recommend this enough. Franco and Patrizia are wonderful hosts, the place is super cozy and absolutely spotless. We had an amazing time with our two kids and even took some of Francos homemade vinsanto with us as a memory. We’re definitely coming back!

What a perfect residence for our holiday. Franco, Patrizia and Nicolette were so nice. Our holiday was made perfect by the hosts inviting us for wine-tasting, the cellar and the new appartments. What a great location. The swimming pool was nice and clean.

Very spacious place with great view. Very nice swimming pool. The hosts are exceptionally nice and obviously love doing this work. They also did a lot of extra effort when our daughter needed a doctor (drove us to hospital and translated for us).

A week is not enough. Cadolingi is an amazing place from which you can easily explore Tuscany. Close to many of the most well known places. This place was comfortable, it has offered us amazing scenery and the cherry on top was the care and kindness from the owners Franco, his wife Patrizia and Nicolette. We have amazing memories and a wish to return here someday.
