“Nice place to stay with good value”

If you have a car, it is easily accessible. All you have to do, is to let them know the ETA, they are so responsive. It is a family owned business and it is nice and cozy. They have a car park, a huge dining area, a common kitchen and even a farm! They have their own dairy products served as breakfast which is extremely impressive. Breakfast is simple but warm:) Room is clean, with air-condition equipped, hot water and water pressure stable. Noticing some negative reviews about the breakfast online, I'd like to remind everyone that they are a small, local and family owned business. If you are looking for buffet with lots of choices, this might not fulfill your needs.

“A place for country lovers”

Matteo was very nice and made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. We had some wine, oil and cheese tasting before dinner. The place is lovely, authentic and run by couragous and skilled young people. We had a nice breakfast with cheese from the goats. We loved every minute of it.

“Fattoria le caprine”

We had a great time in Fattoria le caprine, we stayed there for a week and made it our base for the Tuscany trip. (There is plenty of space for Parking) The farm is located 45m - 1h from Siena, Pisa & Florence, It's beautiful and quiet and we suggest you explore it yourself. Their lodging area has 3 rooms with private showers and a shared kitchen space, which is great if you're planning to travel with a larger family or friends. (When we stayed there we were the only guests there and had the whole place to ourselves =] ) Our room was big and comfy, we had a big sofa bed and a large double bed on the second floor, the shower was also big with great flow. The breakfast is at their great hall where they showcase their wine and other products, it's also the place where they're having their wine & cheese tasting that we wholly recommend. Michela and her family are friendly and welcoming they really love what they do, and they told us about their farm. they also had some great suggestions that helped us in arey travels =]

Lovely place to stay and visit Toscana by car. Owners were super nice, they have their own products (cheese, wine), and overall place is basic, but very climatic. Same is for breakfast, it was very basic but with good products, although would be great to see a little more diversity there. Anyway, it was amazing stay well definitely remember and ina really good price.

staff was amazing thank you to Michela, Matteo and Raffaele. The place very clean, the wine tasting was very good too. very quite and relaxing after a day of site seeing. Bed was confortable. we have a nice kitchen at our disposable to buy groceries.

The spectacular setting and wonderful room made my stop over perfect. A very peaceful and relaxing environment helped me rest before cycling on.

“Very quiet, w/o tourist stress, good position to visit towns around”

It is a goat farm, goat cheese production and vinery, so in the middle of the nature. Very quiet, perfect after the tourist stress in Florence. The hosts Michaela, Raffaele and Mateo were very nice, helpful. It has an excellent position to visit Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano, even Carrara. Not very far from Florence, 50 km. Simple but spacious accommodation. Good breakfast, local products, goat cheese. A possibility of cheese and wine tasting.

Almost everything was superb… beautiful locality, very kind owners, rennovated large rooms, tasty breakfast including home made goat cheese.

Perfect hosts! Very friendly and helpful, creating a warm, family atmosphere 👌 Great breakfasts with their own tasty cheeses, they also produce delicious wines! Very spacoius room. The location is also great - if you have a car and a plan to go around the Tuscony it's a smart base but if you prefer to rest and taste the countryside life without moving, the farm is a perfect place to stay 😀

Very good hosts. They were always available and gave is great tips. My son enjoyed a lot petting the goats.
