Upon arrival we were informed that Hotel Splendid was closed and we were accommodated at Hotel Majestic instead, so this review mainly refers to Hotel Majestic. The breakfast was excellent: a wide selection, everything fresh and well prepared. The breakfast staff were very friendly, attentive, and professional , this was clearly the strongest point of our stay. We are returning guests and stayed at this resort for the second time. During our first visit at the end of December, the overall service impression was much better.

Just because of the staffs mistakes, late replies, and mistakes *double payment and lack of reach via phone calls I would NOT stay again here eventough the rooms were lovely.

“Great stay overall”
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The view over the pool and the surrounding area was absolutely fantastic. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The pool was excellent , even though the hotel was fully booked, there were always sun loungers available, and thanks to the large size of the pool it never felt crowded. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

“Great for a one night stop to use warm pools”
We came for the warm pool, which we loved. We also liked the size of room, the bathroom layout was nice, location was pretty good for one night (restaurant in village nearby was lovely - 10m walk)

“a disaster evening, we couldn't make the most of the evening at all, we stayed in the reception for two hours”
We had a reservation on Booking for a room with two beds and they gave us a marriage certificate, they said they didn't have it, but on Booking we could get it with two beds again, then they brought a baby cot to the rooms. We asked to speak to the Manager and he said that the program was over, to cancel the room on Booking, we didn't want to cancel and we waited two hours for him to put that bed in the room!
