Overview
Landhaus Tschafein is located at the entrance of Galtür, a 15-minute walk from its centre. The free ski bus stops right opposite the property and regular rides to Galtür Wirl Ski Area, 1.5 km away, and Ischgl, 7 km away, are offered. Each unit at Tschafein Landhaus comes with full kitchen equipment including a dishwasher. Satellite TV, a CD player and a mountain-view balcony, or a mountain-view are available as well. The bathrooms feature a shower. Ski storage space with boots’ dryer is available on site, and toboggans are provided on request. The outdoor pool in Galtür, a 15-minute walk away, is free of charge for Tschafein Landhaus’ guests. The small swimming lake Stafali-Weiher as well as a kids’ playground and public barbecue facilities are reachable within a leisurely 30-minute walk away. In 500 metres from the premises, there is a farm offering horse riding and horse carriages. From 27 November until 07 December guests receive the VIP ski pass for Ischgl.

The host are nice, chocolates on the bed upon arrival and the next day. Location is great for hiking in the summer, right in between the mountains.

“Basement apartment”
Instead of the ground floor as per the reservation, I received a basement apartment. The view that was promised was thus missed. Attached photos show. The apartment had a cold and strange smell. In the vicinity of the building, we found only wood industry sites, despite the rivers and mountains. Disappointed, we packed up and after one night crossed over to Italy.
