“Excellent facility for a short stay”
The establishment was extremely clean and spacious although it was a shared bathroom this not affect the stay we had The breakfast was very nice and parking was excellent

The best thing about this hotel is its cozy atmosphere. I had a large, well-furnished room. I felt as if I were sleeping in my own bed.

“Nice, characterful stay”
The location was spot on! Staff and Breakfast were nice. Choice of interior decoration is a bit of an acquired taste. Overall a very good place to stay a night!

“Poor value for money”
Barebones boarding house, with shared bathroom, paper-thin walls, booming wooden floorboards, heavy, creaking doors, and the poorest breakfast I had on my trip – sad cheese and salami slices, boiled eggs and sliced bread. To cap it all, a sign in the bathroom asks you to clean the toilet and shower after use with the cleaning products, mop and brush provided. Do you know, I rather thought that might be their job? I'd pay extra for the Grand Hotel opposite the train station any time in future.
