Perfect location, nice clean modern hotel. Breakfast with great variety. 24/7 reception. Possible to order parcels before arriving which was very convenient (I ordered camping gas for my hiking trip). Kept my bag in storage for a full week. I'm very happy with my experience here, thank you!

“Practical but expensive”

In the city centre, opposite the railway station. I stayed there two times, the first room had a very impractical shower. Breakfast was very good.

This hotel will do. But the price I paid, 210 for a double room single occupancy, shows the shortage of hotels in Gällivare. In Umeå you pay 70-80.

“Perfect hotel for a one night stop”

Perfect location right opposite the train and bus “stations”. Don’t worry about noise or anything though, they aren’t busy places - far from it. Lovely large room with an enormous bed Great breakfast spread. Friendly staff.

Nice hotel,friendly staff, not much to do in the surrounding area, but guessing busier during winter months.

The housekeeping personnel was exceptionally positive, helpful and forthcoming. They smiled, took contact and made an extra effort to help when a visitor needed something.

The location right opposite the train station, breakfast, the size of the room. There was a shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available for us in the room. Very friendly staff.
