“I am very disappointed with my recent stay booked through Booking.com.”
I am very disappointed with my recent stay booked through Booking.com. When I arrived, the room I had reserved was not available. Instead of resolving the issue, a staff member questioned why I hadn’t contacted them personally after receiving the booking confirmation, which is completely unreasonable when booking through a platform like Booking.com. They then attempted to offer me a very poor-quality room that was uncomfortable and not at all what I had booked. This situation completely disrupted my travel plans, as I was left without proper accommodation at a critical time. What was most frustrating was their lack of responsibility and unprofessional attitude. The staff treated me poorly and didn’t even offer a simple apology for the inconvenience caused. Overall, this is a very disappointing place. The facilities are not as advertised in the photos, and the experience was far from comfortable. I would not recommend staying here.

Room has zero windows. And the Fan is not of a good enough strength. It was impossible to sleep at night due to the heat. Non-A/C options here are just not manageable at all. Had to stay up and away from the room at the middle of the night because sleeping in that heat is nearly impossible, specially with No windows or fans. Cockroaches and other bugs were crawling around too. Although maintained cleanly enough, would not recommend at all.
