The manager was so helpful and friendly. We had such a lovely stay. The rooms were decorated to a good standard . We enjoyed swimming in the pool which was very well maintained . Some games were provided , we enjoyed playing darts and ping pong. We enjoyed the location, in walking distance to Thalpe beach where there was a natural swimming pool with rocks to break the intensity of the waves.

“Nice relaxing stay”

It is a small hotel, with very friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the games room and that the hotel was in a quiet area. It is close to a railway track but the noise didn’t bother us at all. The rooms and dining area have a surf vibe which was nice. It was the first place I arrived to that I was relaxed and comfortable in straight away. It felt like a lot of thought went into the design of the hotel. The food was lovely too. We stayed 3 nights and would happily have stayed longer.

Good and clean property. Staff is very attentive, we got Sri Lankan meals during our stay with freshly caught fish & prawns. Enjoyed the stay very much.

Very nice rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathroom with separated shower (glass cover). The garden is beautiful and the atmosphere very cozy and calm. Good restaurant inside the hotel too. Definitely recommend!

Nice hosts and clean! Beach with sea turtles nearby! Hosts are happy to show you the turtles!

Stylish , comfortable and peaceful . Well kept pool and garden . Large and comfortable rooms with lovely bed / sheets. Slept very well . . The staff really take care of you . Great service. Afker cooks some quality food . The” lamprais” Found on his menu is a traditional dish that is very special . Delicious.

A lovely villa with an excellent pool! The true heart of this place is its amazing staff — people with big hearts who made my stay so special. I had wonderful days there. Great location, just 10 minutes from Unawatuna.

Beautiful place with a very clean, spacious room, good air conditioning, comfortable beds, and a lovely shower. There's a cozy open-plan living area and a garden with a beautiful pool. Two small shops around the corner for water, and the beach is a two-minute walk away.

The villa was very clean, tidy and comfortable.. Thanks to Douglas for his welcoming and Afkar for his delicious Sri Lankan food. We felt like at home as we could use the kitchen and the swimming pool at all times.

First of all, I want to note 3 things: First, the hospitality and friendliness of the villa staff, everything was great. Second, the excellent breakfasts and excellent cuisine, I express special thanks to Afkar. Third, the cleanliness and order in the kitchen, in the villa, in the pool and on the territory.

“Awesome stay with great staff”

We had an amazing stay, would definitely recommend. The rooms are very clean and each room has a very beautiful bathroom. Each room is also equipped with a save, where you can put valuable things. The pool in the middle is the heart of the villa and has a good temperature. Also there was a table tennis table and other games. We had the opportunity to store things in the fridge and wash our clothes in the washing machine. The breakfast Afkar prepared for us offered a big variety. There was always fresh filtered water in the kitchen. Afkar and Douglas were always available if we had any questions. At the end we stayed one day longer because we loved it so much.
