“Hotel style benefits but with the feel of an air bnb”

Nice homely feeling to it, as if you’ve rented an air bnb, but people around to help with things when you need. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was lovely. The views and area felt very local. Lovely walk down the road to the local shop and bakery, with a local woman selling corn at the bottom of the road. All the benefits of a hotel stay but with an air BnB feel in the middle of lush green fields

“Nice place but, for us, not great for the price”

Very well presented, nice pool, obliging staff, large private bungalow. Saw some interesting birds and the monkeys.

We had the absolute best time during our stay at this wonderful, nature-focused accommodation. You can see all kinds of animals directly from your room window, which makes the experience truly special. The rooms are stylish and perfectly designed, and the service and breakfast are outstanding — giving you a real taste of Sri Lanka. The location is also ideal for beach trips, surfing spots, great restaurants, nightlife, and exploring even more nature.

“Wonderful location near Galle”

We loved the setting in the middle of nature. Peacefully and perfect for unwinding. The crew was wonderful. The bungalow is huge and the outside shower had warm water and excellent pressure. We had dinner on both evenings and we did not regret. All food was nicely presented and tastefully. Don't miss to visit the nearby Handloom Waiver Factory. One of our best stay in our journey across Sri Lanka. Highly recommend.

such a beautiful location we saw loads of wildlife! close to Galle fort so easy to get a tuk tuk in for an evening meal or a shopping trip. Amazingly helpful staff!

The place is beautiful. It is, indeed, a jungle Loft . Very nice house reception and bungalows well located, with a nice view of the jungle and rice fields. The responsible people and the general staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and affectionate. Great place to stay.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The staff, in particular, Praneeth, were just incredible. The breakfast is superb and the room is the best we have ever stayed in. The value for money is like nothing else I have encountered anywhere in the world.

“This is a truly a gem, magical in every way!”

The whole setup is exceptional, it’s small only accommodating 4 units making it quiet and very private. The units are surrounded by what felt like a mini jungle, the sounds of nature and animals are diverse. The accommodation has windows looking right out into it, it’s truly unique. The food and hospitality are first class, truly magical and authentic Sri Lankan. It beats any hotel and you are away from the noise of the town but a short Tuk Tuk ride away. This is in a neighbourhood of local families and no tourists, it’s a perfect place to stay to get an auric feel for the country.

A place to switch off and reset. Praneeth is a credit to the hotel. Very kind and helpful.

Beautiful accommodation with lovely hosts. If you are looking for somewhere in a quiet location then this is the perfect getaway. The hosts are so accommodating, the dinner and breakfast were great and the bungalows are just as the pictures show. Could not recommend more!

“Calm and relaxing stay”

Very nice place, calm and quite. Staff is very friendly and they took good care of their guests. Food was very good. Place is little distant from everything, but it gives you good opportunity to disconnect. Everything worked well.

“Peaceful jungle oasis outside Galle, nice swimming pool”

Very beautiful room with a view to the jungle. Nice swimming pool, delicious breakfast (however, they don’t give you an option or ask about any dietary requirements, simply serve Sri Lankan breakfast). So be ready to eat onions and curry for breakkie :D). Staff seems very friendly but English could improve. With the prices they charge there are expectations not only to beautiful room but also the service.

Very nice place surrounded by nature (10 minutes away from Galle with Tuktuk) and run by a super nice family. Great pool ! 4 villas only, spacious and decorated with style, where you feel at home. We enjoyed local tasty food : delicious curry prepared on demand for dinner and different traditional breakfasts every morning.. We do recommend if you want to discover Galle, chilling in a very zen place.

The vibe at The Jungle Loft was amazing! The staff were super helpful and welcoming and this morning at breakfast the owner came and chatted with me. The room I stayed in was super cute and the bed was comfortable.
