I called earlier and specifically asked whether they had an AC room for this number (+94 77 555 5212), and they confirmed that they did. However, when we arrived at the hotel, unfortunately the owner informed us that there were no AC rooms available.

“Beautiful beach house in a quiet area - and you will find great Sri Lankan food (+coffee) close by”
We loved staying at the family run Kodi Beach Home next to Galle. As out daughter put it into words: "This was as I dreamt our stay in Sri Lanka would be." It was beautiful, perfect located and we really appreciated to get to know about the local area, culture, food and history by the generous owners. Thank you! It will be kept as a memory in our hearts and we wish you and your family all the best.

“Do yourself a favour and stay at Kodi beach house”
On the beachfront,colourful fishing boats working the ocean.Excellent for swimming &recreational beach fishing 🎣.Central point for your base to explore the surrounding area.Very clean&tidy accommodation,grounds are well kept,property is secure with ample parking for vechile.Family run business of which I do miss our conversation and the joking around Breakfast&Dinner available also Common room kitchen,Clothes washing facilities it has it all😊🇱🇰

“Amazing property with private beach !!”
It is the most beautiful stay in galle and has a private beach .We had booked a room with beach view balcony and it was the best decision. The breakfast contained String Hoppers with the most amazing coconut sambol we had in sri lanka, overall highly recommended stay . The owner is very sweet and helpful . It dint cost a alot and it affordable as well.

“Warm welcome and homely stay”
We loved so much the hospitality of Roshanka, his brother and father. They were very helpful, we felt like at home. Our room was very spacious and ocean view from balcony was incredible. Beach was nice, but for swimming were wawes too high. As it is very easy to drive ( by bus) to Hikkaduwa, it was not problem. Breakfast was tasty. We ordered Sri Lankan breakfast, that varied almost every day - string hoppers, paratas, dahl etc. In the shower there is no warm water, but after hot day it does not matter. We loved the local atmosphere this area and certainly will go there back.

“Good stay in front of the beach”
The location of this place is superbe, just in front of a beautiful beach with private garden facing on the beach. Nothing better than having a delicious breakfast looking at the sea. Room is clean and spacious

This was our favorite stay in Sri Lanka! The location is perfect, right on the beach so it’s a perfect place to relax. The host is incredibly nice and helpful, and the room spacious and clean. I can only recommend staying here, especially booking the room with the balcony because the view is amazing:)

We enjoyed very much our stay at Kodi Beach Home! The place was absolutely perfect and the staff so friendly and happy to help. Also, all breakfast wishes of the kids have always been fulfilled! The location was amazing, the ocean and the beaches marvellous.We spent 3 nights in a family room with a balcony and a beautiful view. The place was so great, we would definitely like to come back again someday!

“Nice accommodation on the beach”
Our room was simple, just bed and basic bathroom, but sufficient. Its biggest advantage is the private beach. Very, very nice beach. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. We got quite nice breakfast containing local fruits. Location is 6 km from the historic town centre, very easy to reach by tuk-tuk, it takes 15 minutes only, to the train and bus station as well. We can reccommend.
