really nice place. The owners are very kind. The place is super clean and the beds are comfortable. Alongside that we could even use the kitchen to cool and there was also a washing machine available. Couldn't recommend this place more

Such a lovely welcoming family! Breakfast prepared for us each morning we stayed and they even catered to us being vegetarian. Room was super comfy and clean, good AC and hot shower. Location is a little on the outskirts but it's just an 8 minute tuk tuk into galle fort. Would highly recommend for a relaxing stay with the kindest family!

This was a gem of a find. We had the whole apartment to ourselves. Dining and kitchen facilities, we did all our washing in the washer available and dried on the roof. Secure parking for our tuk tuk. Great location for visiting galle. And lovely seating area on the balcony. Host was available when we needed him, but left us to ourselves. All in all a great stay. Would highly recommend.

I had a very comfortable week in a quiet environment. The host was always willing to help and I received a lot of support. On the day I left, they kindly gave me a ride to the train station by tuk-tuk, which I really appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped and the air conditioner worked without any issues. I was especially grateful for the provision of drinking water.

We really enjoyed our stay at friendly house. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond, were very welcoming and let us hire their scooter. We really appreciated the water refill and kitchen use. Highly recommend this stay.

The host of the property is the nicest person. He was absolutely perfect and we felt very comfortable staying at his place.

The room was clean and air conditioned. Bathroom had a hot shower and the bed was very comfortable. The owners of the guesthouse were really fantastic, lovely people. They went above and beyond to accommodate me where they could with transport, bike rental, airport transfers etc. I was also provided with a free home cooked breakfast on my last morning which was delicious and a lovely gesture!

Staying at Friendly House was very pleasant. The room is clean, you have the possibility to use the kitchen and the washing machine. The owners are very helpful and if you want you can rent a scooter from them.

Upon arrival in Sri Lanka, a personal visitor deeply felt the sincere friendship and warm hospitality of the Sri Lankan people. Compared with the residence itself, the kindness of the owners has become a highlight. Just like the hospitality of the VIP, experience such treatment, the cost can be described as full marks. In particular, visitors can rent the landlord's motorbike and spend the day cruising along the coastline. You can use the fridge, the washing machine, the kitchen ，So I decided to stay one more day and formed a deep friendship with the landlord. The future will definitely return here.

Super hosts. Bright room, good air conditioning. Large kitchen on the floor with everything you need. And also a washing machine. Exit to the roof. The owner also rents out bikes and has a tuk tuk. A 5-minute drive away is a cozy, small beach with a cafe.

“Perfect home stay with the nicest family”

An amazing home stay with Rashin and his Wife. Very accommodating and happy to help with any questions you may have. We also rented a scooter from him which was the best we had in Sri Lanka and had no problems, they also made us some very nice snacks and honestly the place was so clean good location I will definitely be coming back to this place next year thank you very much we will see u again next year

Roshan and his wife are the loveliest couple. Any questions are answered,excellent knowledge of not just Galle but sri lanka in general, breakfast is the best. Room was clean and air conditioned. The location is not too far from Galle centre and if needed a tuk tuk is available. A must, in my opinion is a quiet beer or two on the rooftop after a big day of seeing the sights. Without question I would stay here again and again. You feel as though you have new friends by the end. Thanks for being such a "friendly house".
