The owner was so welcoming. The place had a very friendly vibe. The location is perfect - right in the heart of the fort but also down a quiet street. The bed was so comfortable and the A/C in the room was very good. The room was also very clean. We also had a cute small outside space from the room.

“Great affordable place to stay in Galle”
We loved our stay at Fort Thari Inn! The room and bathroom were spotless - super clean, spacious, and with a big, comfortable bed. There were also lovely scents everywhere, which made the whole place feel extra welcoming. As a bonus, we had a small terrace connected to the room, which was such a nice touch. The location is honestly incredible: tucked away on a quiet alley inside the fort, but still close to amazing sunset spots, great restaurants, shops, and historical buildings. Special thanks to our host, Ranjith, for making our stay so great and for helping us feel comfortable throughout. He even helped us arrange laundry service at a great price when everything else was closed - such a lifesaver.
