This is a nice self contained apartment with very good facilities and Umega, the host, is very friendly and helpful. He also provides a good breakfast. It is near to town and easy to get tuk tuks to get around around. The sea and a very quiet beach is just over the road, 100m away, a perfect place for an early morning or evening swim.

The size of the apartment was great two big bedrooms. The breakfast was good. Umega and his wife and family are lovely people and very helpful.

Not far from a busy road yet relatively quiet. Spacious shared living room and kitchen. Spacious bedroom with a mosquito net. Good bed. Clean room. You can see a bit of the ocean from the living room. Friendly owner.

Everything is good.but because of no the number of street,it is not easy to find the hotel.

This was the second time at Cric Villa as we came back after touring around. Umega and his family are very kind beautiful people. Our apartment had a very large fridge and a washing machine which was most helpful. The apartment has a roof terrace too. Location is about 10 mins Tuk Tuk to the fort where you can find plenty of shops/restaurants. You can also walk to the fort which took us 20 mins or you can catch the bus outside to the fort, just put your hand out to stop the bus. Costs about 30 rupees. Breakfast is something different every morning, plenty of it and fresh fruit every day. If you need anything Umega is more than happy to help and arrange anything for you. We felt very welcomed by Umega and his family Thank you so much for everything.

Umega the owner with his wife and two children are super hosts. Umega cannot do enough for you. Such beautiful breakfasts every day something different. He never tries to sell you anything but if you ask Umega he is more than happy to arrange anything for you i.e trips, taxi etc. Umega arranged our Safari and pick up with a wonderful driver. He arranged a wonderful river boat trip very nearby the apartment we asked to go to. The apartment has a big fridge, aircon, fans washing machine which was most helpful. Tuk Tuk ride into Galle Fort is about 5/6mins. Download Pickme app for best prices, local Tuk Tuk overcharge. Umega and his family are really genuine and lovely beautiful people. We stayed with Umega for 7 days and then we returned 9 days later for another 4 days.

Very nice place, neat and modern with all the amenities. The hosts were fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts they bring to your room each morning are amazing. I highly recommend this place for easy access to Galle city, cricket stadium and the fort.

This property is run by a family living on the ground floor. It includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms, making it suitable for families or friends who don’t mind sharing common areas. It’s located 1.7 km from Galle Dutch Fort. The bed was comfortable, and the WiFi worked well during my stay.

The property was clean, located on the seafront and had fantastic facilities. It was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Very good communication from the host - him and his family were incredibly kind and attentive. Just a five minute tuktuk ride to Galle Fort. The breakfast was exceptional!
