EVERYTHING ELSE WAS OKAY EXCEPT THE LIFT FOR LUGGAGE WAS NOT WORKING. AND THERE IS NO STAFF TO HELP.

“Great location”
The room I stayed in was more like a suite—big and very spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was decent, but the shower was a bit small, making it somewhat complicated to take a shower. Despite the building being older, the room was very clean. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the center.

Pathetic place.. the bathroom door knob was broken.. blinds in the bathroom were broken and wouldnt go down.. the wood floor had spikes come out which would cause injury. Overall bad experience

We had some problem with check in, but very nice man help us very quickly. We had a very big and nice room. It was clean and warm. It noce place for stay during Milano trip. City is nice and so italian. Many restaurants and bars.
