This is a fabulous property. We have stayed in lots of rentals around the world and this was definitely the best in terms of cleanliness, standard of facilities, sleep comfort and overall value for money. The apartments have been built and equipped to a very high standard. The bed is very comfortable and the linen and towels are high quality. We had two visits from.the housekeeper during our week's stay (notified well in advance) who cleaned, and replenished towels etc. The kitchen is very well equipped and the AC works well (and is almost silent). The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and pool towels are provided. We had a garden apartment so no sea view, but we still had a view of the mountains which was a pleasant surprise. The location is great too - 5 minutes' drive to various lovely beaches and coves with ample parking and two supermarkets. There are plenty of bars and tavernas also within a few minutes' drive/10-15 minute walk. As the building is situated at the top of a gentle hill, it's also slightly cooler than the roads around the beach and shopping area - perfect for a quick dip after the beach. 100% recommend - we will definitely return!

The apartment is spacious, very clean, has everything you need, gorgeous terrace and view! The hosts also provided all the things for our baby, which was really sweet (crib, bath, high chair).

It was perfect. It looked like the pictures and was nicely cleaned. We were there for 8 nights, and it was a calming visit. We had all the necessary kitchen essentials so we could make food every day. The residence was just a 15 min walk from the beach and 2 supermarkets. Also, there are many restaurants just a few min away. We are very happy with the visit.

The apartment is very spacious, beautiful, and clean. The pool is a real highlight – absolutely lovely and perfect for relaxing. Having a private parking space is a huge bonus. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

We like a lot that all little details were taken care of, everything worked! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice. Overall we had a great stay at this place, we got olive oil from their own production as well as some raki. The location was nice, not far from the beach, supermarkets and some restaurants. The drive to the city was around 10 minutes.

“Fantastic apartment with short distance to Old Town Chania”

This is a really wonderful place to holiday. We stayed in a junior suite with a pool and sea view - it was easily the best balcony we’ve ever had on a holiday before. We had the option of sun or shade all day until sun set. The apartment was well appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen with things like kitchen roll, olive oil and a filter coffee machine. The bed was comfy and the air-con worked really well - it has a sleep mode for over night. The apartment was cleaned on day 3 which were informed of in advance and all things like toilet roll were replenished along with bed sheets and towels changed. The apartment and complex was very clean. The pool is a good size for the number of apartments and again has sun all day which is important to us. There are umbrellas and a shaded area to sit if you like. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance. 15 mins to the best ones (such as Nesaki). The old town of Chania is around 20 mins drive with the traffic but so worth it - beautiful place. Easy street parking in September and there are buses that go there every hour or more frequently if you walk down to the beach. Really recommend this area and apartment.

New and modern! I hope so it will remain as it is!!! :) Cz sure we will visit it again!

We loved our stay at Oliva Verde. We really felt at home and we were so comfortable. When we arrived there was already some water and other small facilities. Everything was clean and it was so nice to come home after a long day to an amazing place!
