Eva was amazing Friendly and helpful. Everyday she came and helped us sort out out itinerary, sorting out cars and boats for us using her local contact. The place is in an idyllic location overlooking the sea. There is a small beach a stones throw away, and it is (exactly - according to Eva - 13 minutes walk into town. The accommodation was spotless. If you want to recharge your batteries, this is the place to go!

Exceptionally clean apartment and whole complex - gardens and pool immaculate. Easy communication - Eva, the owner, was very helpful about the apartment, luggage storage, offers of help with transfers and so friendly and welcoming. Easy walk into Gaios, which is fabulous for shops and eating places. Hope to be back one day!

“A perfect beach holiday at Villa Avgerini in beautiful Paxos.”

The new property had magnificent views of the water and perfect views of the sunrises. The location was a short 12 minute walk to the centre of the town. Eva was always at your disposal to provide whatever help you needed. The on-site pool was wonderful the one time we used it since we had an irresistable beach directly in front of the property - a 3 minute walk and you were there!

We had an enjoyable stay. Everything was perfect. The property is a short walk to Gaios town. Eva our host was very helpful recommending restaurants, boat hire, and things to see and do on the island. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay! This lovely property is located in a quiet area, just outside the main part of Gaios, which was perfect because evenings were peaceful. The pool was a fantastic bonus, as not every place offers one. It’s also close to two beautiful small rocky beaches with hardly any people (the beach near the town was always crowded). The apartment and the entire villa were spotless and very well maintained by the amazing owner, Eva. She was always available to help, sharing great tips on exploring Paxos and recommending places to eat. Her advice was super helpful, and we really enjoyed our chats with her. :)

Eva is great!! She knows everything, she fixes everything, any problem.. She’s got it :)! The place is so quiet.. The pool is perfect. The apartment is very big. The beach is very close, small but intimate. There is a restaurant nearby, with the best musaka and best seafood risotto. The center of the town is 6-7 minutes away.

Eva’s place is in a beautiful setting with wonderful views. It is very tranquil. Our apartment was cleaned every day and all bins emptied every day. The villas and grounds are excellently maintained and pristinely clean. Eva is extremely helpful and very warm and friendly.

This is a gem of a find only five minutes walk from the centre of Paxos. Eva has created a beautiful, comfortable property and nothing was ever too much trouble. Fantastic views, perfect location, our studio apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated and had all the facilities we needed for our 4 night stay. Lovely little balcony overlooking the sea which was the perfect spot for breakfast and sundowners. Lovely pool area with plenty of seating, loungers and umbrellas. Eva was a great host and had lots of local knowledge and recommendations. She helped to organise our car hire, taxis and we were even able to buy her very own olive oil from her farm.

The villa was perfect for our 8 nights in Paxos. The villa itself is spacious and super clean. It was cleaned every day too. The view of the sea is amazing and there is a beach just opposite the villas for a morning dip! Not only were the villas amazing and so close to Gaios town, Eva the host was wonderful and couldn’t help us enough! We will be back

Well appointed and well kept property. Very clean and comfortable. It had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Eva is a wonderful host and nothing is a problem. The location was surprisingly great. A short walk to Gaios, close local beach and restaurants.
