“A beautifully located villa near Gaios.”

We wanted a villa within walking distance of Gaios. Villa Alkinoos is just a 10 minute downhill walk into the centre with its restaurants, supermarkets, and harbour. The villa was stunning, surrounded by olive trees with a beautiful pool, plenty of seating, bbq, outside shower, and shaded terraces. Inside the villa, the kitchen was adequately equipped to be able to cook dinner. There are three good-sized bedrooms with plenty of storage. We visited in October, so we had no need for air-conditioning, but it was provided in the main rooms. Good wifi. The villa was clean and very well maintained.

There’s so much to love about the villa. First of all, it has an amazing garden, two separate dining areas, and a great pool with a waterfall-style decoration. The management company taking care of the villa is very helpful and easy to reach. We found the key on the entrance door, and upon arriving, we were welcomed with a lovely package of treats and a chilled bottle of white wine in the fridge. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a perfect start to our summer holiday. Additionally, there’s an outdoor shower next to the pool, four sunbeds with cushions, and a seating area where you can relax and enjoy the garden. The kitchen is well-equipped — there are plenty of plates, pots, a coffee machine, a kettle, a grater, and many other useful items. The beds, pillows and all towels which were way more than needed were so clean and were smelling sooo good The location couldn’t be better — just a 3-minute drive or a 10–12 minute walk to Gaios center.

Very nice quiet location especially if you want to avoid the noisy streets of Gaios during high season, but without having to stay at a remote villa kms away from everything. Awesome pool nice surroundings, everything clean and nice value for money considering what most villas in Paxos are asking. Highly recommended.

Very nice location surrounded by olive groves, comfortable rooms, and plenty of outdoor dining options. We absolutely loved the pool, which was large and sunny and diligently cleaned each day. There is a great taverna within 2-3 mins walk of the villa, which we dined at several times. We would certainly stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Excellent Accomodation with all the facilities The owner was very helpful and friendly ready to meet all our needs. It was a beautiful and amazing place to have our holidays in Paxoi Definitely we will choose the same in the future
