Overview
Situated in the well-known beach of Kaki Lagada this unattached, seaside villa features an outdoor swimming pool and solarium. Guests benefit from Ionian sea views. A shared outdoor pool is also available. The stone-built, air-conditioned villa is equipped with a large porch that enjoys views of the Ionian Sea, a garden, a sun terrace with an umbrella, sunbeds and barbecue. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a flat-screen TV. Towels and bed linen are available at Paxos villas. Port of Gaios is 1.5 km from Paxos villas. Free shuttle service from/to the Gaios port is provided.

The villa was just perfect and exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The terrace was very large with lovely sea views and plenty of comfortable furniture. The private pool was larger than I expected and also extremely clean. There was a lovely shared pool available, though we didn't make use of this. Melissa was a great host and was in communication with us right from the start with help on which ferry to catch and then with good restaurant suggestions. Louiza, who collected us from the port, was also really helpful and friendly. The pebble beach is a few minutes walk away and has a lovey restaurant on site. The beautiful old port of Gaios is a 40 minute walk away with many shops and restaurants. There is a small village with a couple of restaurants about a 30 minute walk away but you do need a bit of stamina to get up those hills! We used a taxi several times and found them reasonable and very reliable.

Absolutely as described and pictured . Melissa is a wonderful attentive property owner who answered any and all messages throughout my stay. Property was immaculately presented and has breathtaking views . Spacious, nicely furnished and a dream holiday. I would come back and stay here in a heartbeat . Excellent!!

“Relaxing and beautiful villa in the perfect place”
The villa was very clean and comfortable in a great location and with amazing views over the Ionian. Our owner dealt with minor issues very quickly and efficiently and was very accommodating to help with moped and boat hire.
