The accomodation was very luxurious and very clean. Wonderful outdoor spaces to relax in and the interiors were fabulous. Very comfortable bed and everything you need in kitchen. Panos was very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again

It was so spacious, luxurious and clean! We loved the jacuzzi and the yard, the bed was super comfortable. The location was good (5 mins walk to Gaios) and the host was nice. We really enjoyed our time there

The villa is newly built, excellent facilities and great location. Loved the hot tub. Panos was the perfect host, very welcoming and accommodating.

There are only 2 suites and the property is built like a villa, the suites are beautiful, spacious, very well furnished and with everything one could possibly need and more (even a communal grill and washing machine in the back). The bed was particularly comfortable. The maid came in every day. The owners are brothers who own restaurants and other properties on the island and paxos. The outdoor area was beautiful, stone walls, landscaped grounds, outdoor terraces with loungers, dining table....quite impressive.

Everything with our stay was exceptional. Panos was an amazing host, super friendly and he made us we feel very welcomed. Whatever I say about the property itself wouldn't be enough - beautifully decorated studio, very spacious, cleaned every single day, and it had everything we needed and more. There was even a shared washing machine that was an amazing addition for long stays. Highly recommend! Hope we visit again soon :)

The property was just as it looked in the online photos and was beautiful. The location was excellent in relation to town and amenities although it did involve a short climb up a steep road. A vehicle of some description is needed if you want to explore this lovely island; we used e-bikes and a quad bike which were easy to hire and simple to use.

The villa was of a high specification, with attention to detail- such as towels for the beach, great outside area and jacuzzi. A short walk to the town, bars and restaurants - Panos the owner was very helpful took us too and from the port.

I cannot say enough about the amazing hospitality of the owner Panagiotis! He was everyday around the property making sure all our needs were met! He has done an amazing job creating the most friendly, home like environment making us feel so welcome! The property was super clean and tidy! Our suite was very comfortable and spacious, and had everything we needed!The location was perfect! just 5 minutes walking distance from the nicest Restaurants/Bars at Gaios. We were very pleased with everything! We will definitely revisit soon!

If I could rate the property 12 of 10 I would. It’s a place that you do want to leave and you are happy to go back to. It feels like home and Mr. Panagiotis is an excellent host. One of the best accommodation experiences I had in Greece. If you are in Paxoi there is no other place to stay.
