Idyllic, situated only 20 yds from the a small beach. Private outdoor space, so clean and modern. Everything you need 2 bathrooms , air con, lovely soft furnishings. Think of what you need beforehand and this place has it .

This apartment offers every comfort you could wish for. Perfectly located in the town of Gaios - only a few steps from the harbor and restaurants - it provides seclusion and convenience. The warm, attentive hostess made our stay effortless.

Perfect location on a beautiful island. The apartment was extremely comfortable with quality furnishings, sheets etc and very comfortable beds. The host was lovely and helpful. It was a very special stay.

“A Lovely Apartment”
The location of the apartment, which is right on the beach, is excellent. It is a nice 5 minute walk from the centre. Erene was very helpful and very responsive to queries. There was complimentary water and wine in the fridge which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended.

“Amazing and memorable stay in Paxos!”
The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean and loads of space with AC to cool the apartment down in the evenings. The location is amazing being 20m from the best swimming beach in Gaios and the town only a 5 min walk away. Our hosts were fantastic and were extremely quick to respond to any of our questions during our stay. We would highly recommend Avali to families for your stay in Paxos!!!

The location, virtually on the sea front. The quality off the furnishings, very tasteful and modern. Everything worked fine. The hostess was very helpful and friendly. Good space to park car.

“Relaxing, confortable stay”
Everything was meeting or exceeding our expectations. Plenty of space, convenient location (both central and very close to a small beach), nice view of the port anchorage area, super clean and very well furnished. The AC is modern and able to maintain a very nice temperature and humidity on automatic setting. Private and enclosed parking in the courtyard of the villa, a huge plus on a crowded island. The host was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

This property is beyond a five star rating .. the detail design quality of furnishing is equal to a six star hotel .. a coco mat mattress and comforter on bed . It was bliss and should be top ratings .. location is better than you even imagine .. literally a quick jump into the sea and it’s there . Thank you for such a positive experience and I will be back with my husband and approximately All our family !

Very nice and modern rooms, just 3min from the port but in a quite location. Internet was stable and the cocomat beds very comfortable. Not cheap but the quality of the rooms was worth the cost.

The rooms, balcony, kitchenette, the vibe as well as the convenience. We could park the car safely outside too. Great location. Super clean & contemporary feel to it.
