“An excellent and very comfortable stay.”
Staff were just super and very accommodating after we arrived following a serious car crash right outside the property just as we arrived. We were rere ended and the car pretty well written off. Though shaken fortunately we were totally uninjured. We were kindly given a late check out until 1.30 PM the next day when our friend from St. Petersburg picked us up. By the way - breakfast was very good too with gluten free bread available for my wife as requested.

“Historic gem in the city, perfect for exploring Gainesville & surrounding areas.”
A great property, full of character and well maintained. The staff were super helpful and attentive. The homemade breakfast was a lovely touch. We had the heated saltwater pool to ourselves whenever we used it. Borrowed the free bikes to explore the neighbourhood, a nice perk. The downtown area full of restaurants and bars is just a 10 minute walk away.

“Great and beautiful place”
We had an overnight stay and it was great. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very nice and had shampoo etc that smelled lovely. Breakfast was amazing! The best baked oats I ever had and everyone was very friendly.

Great location for Downtown Gainesville. The breakfast was great with a number of choices every day. Room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and the service was excellent.

Beautifull historic buildings. Lovely large rooms with very comphy beds and nicely furnished. We arrived late, but that was no problem. Garden is beautifull, breakfast is nice and we enjoyed the swimming pool.

We fell in love with Sweetwater Branch Inn! The B&B has been renovated with much love and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the Christmas decorations and the complimentary hot chocolate as well as the hot tub. We would 100% recommend Sweetwater Branch and we would have loved to stay longer!

“Lovely cottage, something different”
Sarah's cottage was lovely and quaint, everything you would need was provided, along with a lovely porch and rocking chairs to enjoy sitting in the evening. Was so much nicer than a hotel room.
