The cleanliness is top notch! The bedding is very soft to the touch and it made me sleep very well. I liked the iron worked great! Everyone that works here has been friendly and great attitude. Overall extremely impressed!

“other than the mix up good”
staff gave me a key to a room that I tried to enter twice, with a trip to the front desk in between to get the keys reset...but the key didn['t work either time and I realized on the second attempt that someone was ALREADY IN THE ROOM...one staff member seemed dazed so I went to the other desk person who sorted it out...then when I checked out I gave both final and first room number and couldn't find me in either!!!! Bad record keeping
