We had an issue with Booking.com not sending over the reservation, but the Issaih at the front desk was awesome assisted us with working with booking to credit us and found us a room.

“We enjoyed gong to the Butterfly garden, and my 5 yr old loved going in the freezing pool”
I was very disappointed in the breakfast. People with little children would love to have a seating area and a better set up. I went to a nearby diner and had breakfast.
