Inside is good but outside need to be more clean

We booked nonsmoking room but it had horrible smoke smell. The entire room was dirty, it was just disgusting to stay there, we had to accommodate our kid to another hotel

First room with a broken shower. Another room has been given to me but it smelt like wet dog, A/C was loud.
