“Enjoyed our stay”
Great location at the end of Serapo beach. Nice beach club with friendly service. The rooms (Seaview standard) are a good size and decorated in a sort of art deco way. Comfortable bed - tiny shower!

“Acceptable”
Disappointing stay – not worth the price The hotel did not match the photos at all — the interior and furniture were outdated, and the place felt neglected. The pool was small, mostly in the shade, and unusable due to overcrowded sunbeds and limited hours. It felt more like a retirement facility, with nearly all guests being elderly, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable for younger travelers like us. Our room faced an inner courtyard used for waste disposal and staff operations — noisy from 7 AM and again late at night, making it hard to sleep with the window open. The room was dusty, possibly causing allergic reactions, and the detergent used for bedding had a strange, irritating smell. Cleaning was done late in the day, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was minimal and poor in quality — a few slices of meat, dry bread, boxed juice, and weak coffee. There were no beach services as advertised (no towels or sunbeds provided), and the staff seemed under-resourced overall. Only the location is good — right on the seafront — but everything else felt cheap and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel; renting an apartment and cooking at home offers much better value and comfort in Europe.

Location is perfect: right on the beach, nice garden, private beach and good parking system. I didn’t book the parking, yet, they facilitated me no problem. Bed was comfortable. Staff is lovely, accommodating, both at breakfast, bar and reception.
