“Overall unpleasant stay.”

Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy our stay at this “hotel”. The strong smell of mold was unbearable. Not enough air circulation in the room. To get to the place its very inconvenient especially if you have heavy lagguages and small children. Way too many steps and we weren’t able to use the parking since its way too far from the property and it got immediately full. Not a pleasant stay and definitely not worth the price.

“Very disappointed - room like a prison cell”

There was a tiny window almost at the ceiling of our room, very like a prison cell. No natural light & an extremely claustrophobic space. No fan in bathroom. On checking website, all pictures of rooms had windows / balconies, I can only assume we got the worst room. We left after 1 night, despite having paid for 2 nights accommodation. No person to speak to at reception and very little helpful communication from host via messages. Also this property is accessible ONLY via approximately 60-80 steps, which is not clear on website. Furthermore, parking is quite a distance from accommodation and takes 15-20 minutes to walk from car park back to accommodation, again not indicated on website.

The apartment in a very beautiful place, absolutely gorgeous cafes and restaurants located in this part of the city. The beach from the hotel Terra san vito is very beautiful, that's a huge bonus from the hotel.

We absolutely loved out stay. It was very clean and location is incredible. Big room with plenty of ammenities (including a small dishwasher) and a gorgeous view over Gaeta (if you pick a room with a balcony).

That I was not damaged physically (yes the bar is that low since I got a lot of mental damage thanks to this hotel and booking com.

the breakfast was a voucher for a nearby bar (quality very high) the position in the middle of the historical center with nearby the little train to go around in the evening the rooms have been decorated very stylishly and if needed a kitchen is also available. Wi-Fi is well functioning. Very available and friendly staff. on a separate note: seems a lodging that is mainly targeting couples, friends, hence no crying babies or yelling kids.

When we finally found the place it was a very positive surprise. In the center of the old city and with beautiful views from the terrasse. Spacious, nice kitchen and bath.

Very friendly staff, easy to find, provided a lot of information. The apartment was warm as we traveled in the colder season , very clean, very nice location. Parking is approximately 10 minutes walking but no problem abou that. Breakfast is a typical italian one in a nearby caffee

“Comfortable stay in a modern room”

Room with modern facilities and a comfortable bed. Clean and nice smelling. Free parking in any blue carpark lots in Gaeta (best if there’s any empty lot in Piazza Commestibili). Staff provided clear instructions to access the room. He was also flexible and helpful to allow us to utilise the free parking coupon for a couple of hours after our check out.
