Was unable to make it on time, we were traveling from South Africa for a funeral. We literally arrived at the location an hour before the funeral started. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Staff members were friendly and very helpful. We needed a shuttle from the place to town and other places to visit the museum and the three Dikgosi Monument and Neo assisted. All the ladies were very effective and efficient and we enjoyed our stay, we will really visit the place again.

“We came a second only to find no towels in the room. Upon asking we were told they were “still wet”.”
Breakfast was poorly served. Bread was cold and more like a hide after toasting.

Neo I have been traveling for years, stayed in 5 star rated places: never have I met a host of your caliber. You must consider going around the globe and provide training for receptionists
