Overview
Hotel Posillipo offers a fine seafood restaurant and a terrace with swimming pool, both of which offer views of the Adriatic Coast. All rooms offer sea views and free Wi-Fi. The Posillipo is set in a small, peaceful town on the hillside in Gabicce Monte. During summer a public shuttle bus takes you to a nearby beach at Gabicce Mare, 2 km away. The rooms are en suite and come with air conditioning. Some rooms have a private balcony.

Great location with a (small) secure car park on site. The room was bright, airy, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The seaview from the rooftop restaurant (we had breakfast not dinner there) was stunning. The breakfast selection was very good and the pool is lovely. The hotel is in the middle of the ‘town’ with a selection of bars and restaurants around it.

“Wonderful, charming hotel, serving delicious food”
Lovely hotel, beautiful rooms overlooking the pool area with balcony. It was lovely to have a kettle in the room also! Excellent choice for breakfast, all freshly cooked to order and the tasting menu in the restaurant in the evening was absolutely fantastic and of the highest quality. Staff are wonderful too and extremely helpful.

“A little space of Paradise”
Located in Gabbice Monte, a very charming village overseeing the coast. Rooms are traditional but have all the necessities. The view from the bedroom is magnificent. We tried the private spa and it was a wonderful experience, very recommended. The delicious breakfast menu has all the options and is served which is actually a great thing. All the staff is smiling and so attentive to your needs. We also had diner at the restaurant, it was just wonderful.

“A very nice stay”
The property is lovely the area around it is tiny you come out the hotel and there are 2 restaurants both very nice the hotel has a lovely restaurant and there is another Michelin star opposite and a really long walk to go anywhere a taxi cost £20 euros to the beach and £20 euros for the beds so you need a car

“Excellent Hotel in superb location”
A fabulous hotel. We loved the location and the rooms overlooking the pool and sea have a lovely balcony with a superb view. Ideal on a sunny day for a relaxing. The room was very modern and clean and had everything we needed including a few free items to drink in the fridge and a kettle. We were even provided with a jug of fresh milk for our tea when we asked. We went off peak season so we enjoyed the quiet and relaxation as well as a walk into the little village which has a few other bars and restaurants. Parking was ideal in front of the hotel and it was only a short drive to the nearest beach at Gabicce Di Mare. The breakfast was perfect. it was included in the price of the room and was excellent value and quality. We loved the fact that you could order from a breakfast menu and that it wasn’t the usual continental buffet free for all! We also ate in the restaurant in the evening which was fantastic and could easily be compared to Michelin star restaurants. Every course was a taste sensation. Although it’s a more expensive restaurant we felt the tasting menu was well worth the money in contrast to what we had paid in more simple Italian restaurants now that prices have increased in Italy for a meal. The wine list offered a great choice and prices were reasonable.
