Beach Residence offers self-catering accommodation in the centre of Gabicce Mare, just 20 metres from the closest sandy beach and a 20-minute drive from Riccione. “A great place for your vacation!”
This is a really nice apartment, fully equipped. Everything looked like new. It is obvious that the apartment is well looked after. The sea is close, shops, market, cafes are all nearby. You need to walk 1.5 km to the railway station. We also couldn't hear our neighbors at all. You can only hear some noise from the street if you have your balcony or window open. Also the owner and his wife are very nice and friendly people. We didn't have any questions.

“The location of the hotel was excellent. Close to the beach, restaurants and the train station.”
It was a great holiday. The room was lovely, with a wonderful view of the sea. The room was clean, with all the necessary amenities. In the evenings there was music from the neighboring hotel. Not loud, but it added a wonderful atmosphere. It was great to spend time on the balcony, drink wine, eat pizza, listen to music and look at the sea. A truly relaxing holiday. The owners of the hotel are a very nice couple, always ready to help. The hotel is very cozy and clean. We will definitely come back again.

the location is in front of the beach in the touristic area with restaurants. It could be noisy but the music stopt at midnight. We enjoyed it. The family is really friendly and will help you with all you need. They give you the holiday feeling.
