“A pleasant, comfortable stay with great support from the hosts.”
We stayed here in January for the SIGEP fair in Rimini with my colleague. The apartment size was very good, and it was nice and warm during the winter. We arrived with a rental car, and there are several nearby places where you can park for free. There is even a large market area where parking is free on all days except Thursdays

“Disappointing with the apartment and its facilities for the price paid”
Arrived at apartment to be told key in the door, which there wasnt, it turns out that another guest had checked into and unpacked their luggage into our apartment. We had to wait for onsite help to arrive and for the guest to repack and move to their correct apartment and for the onsite help to remake the beds etc. It was good that the host was available on the phone to help resolve this issue. As a gesture for the mix up the host gave us free on site parking for the duration and access to two sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach for the duration of our trip. (lucky we had a very small car)

“Disappointment”
The location of the property is nice, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Our apartment was clean and neat, recently renovated. Kitchen is well equipped. The washing mashine was very handy, too. The town of Gabbice Mare is a wonderful place with nice beach and great night life at the centre, with concerts and promenade, do recommend!

We didn't stay at Villa Tonni, there was a technical problem with the a/c so they moved us to Hotel Thea, so my review is for them. All was nice, we had a wonderful breakfast included and we were closer to the sea.
