I arrived to hotel with my booking confirmation and, guy on reception said me that all rooms are busy, I said, I drive 400 km for this hotel, but they said we apologize...the worst hotel in the world that ai saw, may be booking staff can see my travel history...but this is crazy

The view of this hotel is very good. Better than the others nearby hotels with more cost. Other hotels are exactly at the base of the mountains, and trees around them block the mountain views. The staff is very polite and kind, especially the receptionist Saleh is very cooperative beyond his professionalism.
