Old house need renovations and A/C, refrigerator , bathroom fittings etc need to replace not working. Only 01 bathroom with 3 bedrooms

Ev yaxşı yerdə yerləşir, geniş və işıqlıdır. Özünü öz evində hiss edirsən. Həyətdə xoş vaxt keçirmək üçün lazım olan hər şey var. İnternet sürətlidir. Nizami bəy çox yaxşı insandır və bizə ətrafla bağlı (market, restoran) yaxşı məsləhətlər verdi.

Very spacious, good location and warm host. Centrally located and near from restaurants and Tufandag mountain resort. Good for family as it can accommodate up to 8 persons. Definitely recommended, we extended our stay as the house is too good to only stay for a night. We even did barbecue on the outdoor kitchen. Thank you Nizami!

“Amazing and comfortable stay at Nizami Villa”

It was a memorable stay at the Villa for us family of four. The owner of Villa, Mr. Nizami is very polite and friendly person. He stays next door, just one message away, responds quickly and always ready to help with any query we had. We reached Gabala late in the evening and he met us at the Villa door to handover the keys and give us overview of Villa. It was very nice of him to go out of his way to help us out with Taxi driver details to book our ride from Baku to Gabala, Thank you brother Nizami. The villa is very specious and can accommodate around 8 persons. Room heating was perfect. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary things. The rooms were clean, fitted with clean linen and had fresh towels. There is a big front yard with shaded sitting facility, we couldn't use it though since it was 0 degrees outside. Mr. Nizami was very responsive in fixing any problem we raised, such as hot water issue in washroom, international adapter etc. We didn't roam around much on foot, but it seems there are few groceries and restaurants around as shown by Mr. Nizami. Overall we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it others.

We stayed at Green Villa for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house is beautiful, and Mr. Nizami was extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Since he lives next door, he was always available whenever we needed assistance, though we didn’t need to contact him often. The villa is very spacious and perfect for a large family, with a large yard where we could park our Santa Fe securely behind the gate. A supermarket and restaurants are conveniently nearby. The bathroom is divided, so using the shower or sink doesn’t interfere with the toilet. We visited when the temperature was around 1 degree Celsius, so the water took a bit longer to heat up. However, Mr. Nizami did everything he could to assist us. It was truly worth every penny.

The villa is immaculate and renovated. The hosts are very cooperative and remain in contact with you during the stay. Villa is far from the city center but near to other attractions like Gabaland and Cable Car. You can easily find grocery stores and restaurants near the villa within 300m.
