The room was large and clean, with good views of the mountains and nearby homes. The hotel is close to shops and cafés.

My stay at this hotel was awesome. All the staff were very friendly and kind. The location is great and everything you need is in an walkable distance. The breakfast offers rich variation of food and is very delicious. Also the room is clean and with beautiful mountaim view, you can peacefully enjoy your coffee from the balcony. Highly recommend this stay and would come again next time. Thank you for everything :)

“Don’t waste your money stay away at any cost”

We had a terrible experience at this hotel, and the main issue was the air conditioning. When we checked in, the hotel manager told us the AC would start working within 2 hours — it never did. We called the reception around 7 PM, and they said someone would come to fix it, but no one showed up. We called again — still nothing. At 1 AM, we called again and were simply told to “open the windows and sleep.” It was impossible to sleep in that heat — temperatures were 37°C during the day and around 27°C at night. The next morning, I complained to the manager. He again promised it would be fixed, but the same issue continued into the second night. We finally checked out early and spoke to the manager again. This time, he admitted there was a fault and said everyone was facing the same problem. I asked him why they didn’t inform us at check-in, so we could have chosen to stay somewhere else. No apology, no compensation, no discount offered. This hotel is not cheap — and for the price they charge, the basic expectation of a working AC and honest communication should be met. They took the money knowing there was a major issue, and showed no professionalism in handling it. I strongly advise others to stay away from this hotel. It completely ruined our trip, and we wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same experience.

“Pleasant stay”

I got the triple room, and the space was spacious. The beds were comfortable, the view was amazing, and the room was quiet. Parking was free. All in all, it was good value for money.

Loved the location. Close to all places in Gabala city centre. Good breakfast. Good room service. Food was very nice and well priced for value. Great view of the mountain. Even though in the heart of the city was peaceful over Christmas.
