Extremely disappointing experience – would not recommend The apartment was poorly maintained and lacked basic kitchen essentials — there was only one pan, no pot or kettle. When we opened the lower cabinets, where the trash bin usually is, we found severe mold on the wall behind them. Inside, there were no chairs at all. There was only a low table, so I had to sit on it to eat dinner because there was nowhere else to sit comfortably. Outside, there was a regular-height table but no chairs or armchairs, so as smokers, we ended up sitting on the steps outside the apartment. After a 5-minute shower, the bathroom flooded and stayed flooded overnight. The host reacted rudely, dismissed the problem, and falsely claimed the water would drain quickly. When we politely asked for a refund, she accused us of clogging the drain and implied we were just trying to get a discount. We only stayed one night and paid €50, which is a high price in Azerbaijan. Cleanliness was unacceptable: makeup stains and hair on all beds, moldy tea left in the teapot, and leftover garbage in the cupboards. None of the bedding appeared freshly cleaned. Only after a long, unpleasant argument did the host reluctantly refund us — the only positive part of this stay.

“Perfect family friendly location and great value for money”

I stayed at the property from 28 June to 4 July 2024. - Good value for money you pay 👌 - View is spectacular from the first floor I could spend all day admiring the mountain forest and hearing water flowing in the stream/river right in front of it 😍 - Rooms and beds are comfortable and clean - Owners and their kids are very helpful and hospitable - We asked for HDMI cable to connect our laptop to the tv and they bought a new one for us 🙏 - Kitchen had all necessary utensils and dishwashing soap 🧽 - There were towels in the rooms - Hangers were available in the closets and a flat iron was provided when asked for. - There are restaurants around it which have a beautiful seating area by the water streams - There is a big yard for families with kids to play outside and feel safe watching them from the balcony 👶 - Quiet and very peaceful at night far from noisy roads - Fatima and Zahraa answered our questions and gave us things we asked for and even more ❤️😇

The price of the rent is very low.
