Amazing view, nice stuff, good kitchen

Las Natalias was definitely one of my best hostels on my 5 months South America trip. very personal attendance, cozy wooden house and located right in nature.

“Beautiful hostel and beautiful vibes”

Amazing hostel! Beautiful wooden building, beautiful views from all the large windows, great vibes in the common areas, excellent kitchen facilities. Absolutely gorgeous hostel - we would have stayed longer if we could! Lovely touch of having homegrown lemon balm tea and spices/oil etc to help yourself to.

The hostel is nicely situated at a hillside. It looks a bit like a mountain refuge. Our "deluxe double room" room was OK, but the comfort minimal, e.g. no table and almost no place to stowe the suitcases or other equipment. Relation value for money is OK.

Great staff! Super friendly and always ready to help and make you feel at home! We had a really nice expérience Wish we could have stayed longer

“Great stay”

Loved the experience, and the hostel was beautiful

The staff and the owners were really nice. When travelling alone and by bike this is important. The views from the hostel are amazing and well worth the 10 minutes out of town. Breakfast was plenty and the advice on the rafting and trekking was great. It is a real gem.

A short walk out of town which was great! Big windows letting in so much light and gorgeous views. The fireplace in the common area / lounge which was a great spot to socialise. Very friendly and helpful staff that really go the extra mile to help you. It felt cosy and welcoming.

“A Peaceful Retreat Under the Star”

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel! Located just 15 minutes from the village, it offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle, making it perfect for relaxing and stargazing at night. The atmosphere was great—social yet quiet, with a respectful silence after 11 PM. The staff was incredibly helpful, always ready with great recommendations for activities in the area. The breakfast was simple but good, and the entire place was kept very clean, with daily tidying. We especially loved the open common area, which felt spacious and inviting. The showers were also excellent—great water pressure and always warm. One thing to keep in mind is the location; while we loved the tranquility, some travelers might find the 15-minute distance from the village less convenient. Also, our room tended to get warm during the day, though it cooled down in the evening. A fan would have been a nice addition. Overall, this hostel is a great choice for those looking for a relaxing, clean, and well-managed place to stay in a beautiful setting. Would definitely recommend!

“Lovely house on the hill”

The staff are so friendly and helpfull

Friendly, helpful staff; inviting common area; comfy, warm beds; great breakfast; well-stocked kitchen, lots of information about things to do the area including trail descriptions and directions. This place is great. The interior looks inspired by the Old Faithful Inn at Yellowstone. It’s a fantastic base to explore the area and a really nice place to be if/when bad weather rolls in.

“Best hostel in Chile so far!”

I could see the view and stars directly from the bed. Great atmosphere. Big communal spaces. Met many people. Formed a big group and made a nice Christmas Eve dinner together. On Christmas day we got crepes with dulce de leche for breakfast. The owners are adorable.

The hostel felt like home; the hosts were very welcoming and helpful, and everyone I interacted with was very nice. The building itself is architecturally beautiful, in a great location, and nicely decorated. Would stay there anytime I go to Futaleufu.

Location is slightly out of town but that means it's closer to some amazing hikes that you can do from the hostel. The staff were kind and can sort you out with rafting etc. breakfast simple but effective. Beautiful setting.

“A must stay!!!”

This place instantly feels like home - we were gutted we only had a short time staying there. The owner and all of the staff are super friendly and had loads of recommendations. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is a great touch in the morning before a long day of walking. I loved all the small areas dotted around the house to chill out and look at the view/read a book/ do some yoga. This is a must stay if you are in the area!
