Spacious, well equipped and clean. Great to have air con during warm weather. Comfortable beds and sound proofing was superb.

The host was very nice, contacted me in advance, gave clear instructions about the apartment and the town. Wishing him and his future all the best. Apartment is clean and cozy, as a Granny's comfortable dainty country house. All appliances are available, even board games. Highly recommend

So, we arrived at the city and bit late, Peter was there with a smile, a warm welcome and all the info we could ask for(maybe a bit more), he helped us park our car to a private parking right next to the apartment. A few words for our stay, the place was beautiful, into the heart of the city, probably the most iconic building, had everything we could have asked for, amazing views from the window of a snowy füssen, fully equipped kitchen, good heating, good internet, nice aesthetic and cozy atmosphere, cant wait to get the chance to visit again.

This was the best accomodatuin we have ever stayed in. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. The location was rught in the centre of the square but the apartment was so quiet. The beds were warm and so comfortable. Peter, Betty and Lucky were amazing hosts.

“Superb Lucky Home”

Lucky Home is located in the heart of the town of Fussen, lots of wonderful cafe's and restaurants all around you. The train station and bus stops are very close. Easy access to Neuschwantstein Castle from here. I stayed in a fully equipped apartment at Lucky Home. The place is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the host Peter is great and very helpful. I thoroughly recommend a stay here. 10 out of 10. I will return 😃

“Fabulous apartment in the heart of the old town, with an attentive owner!”

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the beautiful old town. Peter, the owner, greeted us on arrival. He told us a bit about the history of the building, the accommodation itself and the area, which was both interesting and informative. The welcome book had all the info we needed in English and there were also pamphlets with maps of the area. The apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable & it was nice to be able to enjoy a complimentary soft drink whilst watching TV in English after a long hike. The apartment was like home from home, with books to read and board games to play Peter also helped us with booking onward travel. We enjoyed the challenge we were set and the reward!

“Home from home in a historic town!”

We have had a lovely stay at Lucky Home! We were met by our host Peter at a nearby car park, as our vehicle was too high for the private underground parking this accommodation usually provides. We were escorted to the accommodation on a short 5 minute walk into the beautiful town of Fussen. The property was amazing. It was clean, warm and comfortable, a real home from home and has everything you need. Peter explained a brief history about the property, including the fact that this building is one of the most photographed in Fussen, then left us to enjoy the town. A few minutes walk is the Castle (unfortunately, it was closed on a Monday, so we didn't go in), but we walked around the town soaking up the atmosphere. About 20 minutes walk away, you can cross a pedestrian bridge into Austria, which was a bit of fun. To access the apartment, there is a wide spiral staircase up a couple of flights of stairs, but there is a stairlift for those who need it. If you are lucky, you may meet Lucky the cat, whom I viewed from his window seat looking down into the street below from his own apartment. Also, visit the amazing Italian Ice-cream bar next door, you won't be disappointed. As somebody said in a previous review, just come to Fussen and book this apartment, there's nothing you will not love, and it is understandable as to why it has a 9.8 rating. Thank you for a great stay, we would love to come back again one day. 🐈‍⬛

“Stop looking around, book it now.”

Loved the location, Peter, the owner, was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the town and surrounding area. The apartment had everything you needed for a longer stay and was close to all points of interest and bus / train station. He provided us with locals pass for use on buses, this was great for visiting the two nearby castles but lots of things to do within the town itself. Tea, coffee and water were supplied by Peter on arrival and secure parking a short walk away.

Beautiful outside and in. An interior decorator award. Host helpful and considerate, in the centre of old Fussen. Host willing to secure my bags before check in then had cleaned to let me check in early. Nice rainfall shower head after a hike.
